Hunter Hayes on singing for President Obama: 'It was nuts'
Country star Hunter Hayes' lip is usually twitching with excitement when performing for fans. But the 23-year-old told E!'s Giuliana Rancic on the People's Choice Awards red carpet that, on a nervousness scale of 1 to 10, singing in front of President Obama and the First Family last month for Christmas in Washington rated pretty much a 22.
"It was nuts. It’s such a special night. It was cool to be there — beautiful building, beautiful performance. It happened so quickly, it was astonishing."
That's a good review, Hunter. You may have stayed on Santa Barack's "Nice" list.
