Gwyneth Paltrow reveals her true relationship 'deal breaker'

Gwyneth Paltrow's latest role, as Lady Mortdecai in the comedy Mortdecai, has her demanding that her husband, none other than Johnny Depp, shave his fantastic facial hair.

It's the ultimate upper class "deal breaker" in the film.

The exquisite mustache is so wretched to her, that the thought of it makes her retch onscreen. Literally retch. She cuts off all relations, if you get what we're saying, until Charlie Mortdecai shaves it off.

So we asked Paltrow at the Hollywood Mortdecai premiere Wednesday night what her real relationship "deal breaker" is.

Thankfully, it is not facial hair. That would have been really awkward, given a certain true-life ex, Chris Martin.

The dude likes to rock his facial hair on occasion.

"It's definitely not a mustache," Paltrow told Paste BN. "No, I'm into facial hair. It doesn't bother me at all."

She took a while on the red carpet to come up with a true answer.

"Hmm, if someone is rude. Not a gentleman. Now that's a deal breaker. You gotta be a gentleman."

Non-gentleman and rogues take note. Don't even bother working it on Paltrow. As for her mustache-loving co-star, Paltrow had high-praise. She called Depp "inventive and funny."

Mortdecai  and Depp's fine mustache come to the big screen on Friday.
