Jimmy Fallon's fake Neil Young sings with the real Neil Young

We all love Jimmy Fallon's Neil Young impression. He nails it totally, from the costume to the voice to the harmonica. And given the number of celebrity BFFs Fallon has in his repertoire, we had to figure that the real Neil Young would show up one day to sing along with the fake one. That day was Tuesday, when Young stopped by to sing Old Man with Fallon, and it was pretty amazing. Take a look:
