NYFW: Victoria Beckham gets support from David and the kids
Kanye West may have had the most star-studded front row.
But on Sunday morning, in single-digit weather, Victoria Beckham had the most personal, in an intimate show held at Cipriani.
Husband David Beckham walked out holding hands with daughter Harper. And the couple's sons sat around dad as mom showed her collection of chunky, yummy knits, swingy coats and winter culottes.
"I love them having here. They're so supportive of what I do. We all support each other. I stand on a football pitch, in freezing cold, for hours on end watching the boys. We watch Harper dance. And they look forward to coming to New York to watch my show," she told us after the show.
Beckham now has her own store in London. And this makes her a full-on fashion powerhouse. Her creations have been worn by Keri Russell, Olivia Munn and Rita Ora.
"It's quite bizarre. Things like that are great but I'm always focusing on what's next. I really love women and I want to support women. We're all too busy. We're always on to the next," she says.
And yes, ladies, if your pocketbook allows, you can walk out in anything you saw on the catwalk. For a price.
"All the fabrics are very, very wearable. You can wear the runway looks. I don't just want to show what looks good. I want women to be able to wear it," said Beckham.
