Katniss gets awful makeover in deleted 'Hunger Games' scene

"This is the face of a revolution, not some cave painting!"

That's what Effie (Elizabeth Banks) says to two people unsuccessfully doing Katniss' (Jennifer Lawrence) makeup. It's part of a deleted scene that Lionsgate shared with the release of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 on digital HD. (The movie's on DVD March 6.)

Lionsgate also unveiled another deleted scene, which was promised after the Hunger Games Facebook page shared a binary message from President Snow (Donald Sutherland). Here's Snow and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson):

"I was just fending off some of your rabid fans."

Snow says that to Peeta, which, considering how crazy Hunger Games fans went for the scene, is pretty meta.
