You must see Prince's middle school basketball photo

Please behold the wonder that is this photo of Prince in his middle school basketball uniform:

That afro may or may not be the greatest thing we've ever seen.

The photo surfaced online when a Minneapolis Star-Tribune reporter tweeted it after finding it in the paper's archives, as well as a clipping where Prince talks about wanting to be a starter:

"Chapelle was right" presumably refers to Dave Chappelle's amazing skit where Prince challenges everyone in a club to a basketball game. So obviously he did some really important historical research at the Star-Tribune before writing the sketch.
