Guess who's naked again? It's Kim Kardashian

Well, here's a video clip that ought to pique Kardashian fan interest. E! News is boasting about having the exclusive first clip from Season 10 of E!'s Keeping Up with The Kardashians and it features Kim during a nude photo shoot.

The clip, from the 10th-season premiere on March 15 (9 p.m. ET/PT), is pretty tame by Kim standards, which ought to reduce its Internet-breaking possibilities.

She explains her decision to pose nude as a nod to posterity: "If I get pregnant again soon, my body is going to totally transform. So, I'm doing this photo shoot today naked."
