Empire is the hottest show on TV and tonight's episode proved why the music-infused primetime soap has fans hooked on every scene. Ahead of next week's two-hour (!) season finale, tonight's ep served drama from beginning to end. Here are the 5 moments that made us say, "OH. EM. GEE."

Cookie and Malcolm finally hook up

The sexual tension between Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) and Malcolm (Derek Luke) is almost as palpable as her chemistry with Lucious (Terrence Howard), but they better be careful. Mr. Lyon is still quite smitten with his ex wife and he will roar!

Vernon is in love with the coco

Revenge rage? Casual cocaine use? Untucked dress shirt and tie askew? Yeah, Vernon (Malik Yoba) was not having a good day. And, we feel fine blaming Lucious for that entire downward spiral.

Camilla gets "deported"

Lucious' reign of terror continued when he essentially kicked Hakeem's (Bryshere Gray) girlfriend Camilla (Naomi Campbell) out of the United States. To her credit, she didn't accept his payoff and wished him a long and painful death to boot. Girl power!

Lucious, you are the father!

Um, we're still trying to recover from Lucious' admission that he's Lola's father. Say what?! Yep. In order to save his family from Reg, he spilled that he paid off Jamal's (Jussie Smollett) ex-wife (Raven Symone) and impregnated her. Oh, and he's well aware that his entire family hates him. At least he knows...

Reg today, gone tomorrow

He was clearly an expendable character, but it was still a shock to see him get blown away. Thank goodness for Malcolm who saved the day by putting a bullet in Mr. Scary Bird.
