Caller trolls C-SPAN by quoting 'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' on air

A C-SPAN caller got a little, well, Fresh on Tuesday morning.

The host of Washington Journal took a call thinking he was going to talk to someone about the Iran nuclear negotiations, but what he got instead, was basically a man who was up to no good.

I'm calling from Bel-Air, California, but I am originally from Philadelphia–specifically West Philadelphia. I was actually discussing this issue with a friend of mine recently, while I was in Philly–it occurred on the basketball court. At some point during the conversation, a couple of guys, who were up to no good, essentially started causing trouble in my neighborhood. I got in one little fight and my mom got scared and said you're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air.
The caller, who went by the name of Jack Strickland, got pretty far into the insanely catchy theme song from the '90s sitcom before being cutting off, which we think earns him the title of The Fresh Prince of Pranks–for today anyway.
