Sam Smith keeps slimming down, and this time he's claimed to have lost a whopping 14 pounds in just two weeks!

So how'd he do it?

He's giving all the credit to a book called Eat. Nourish. Glow. by Amelia Freer, which he says "has completely transformed my relationship with food."
