Arrow and Flash duke it out on this RIDICULOUS 'Superhero Fight Club' promo

This CW promo for tonight's Arrowand Flashcrossover episode All-Star Team-Up puts the super in "super cheesy." The two titular heroes join in on a "superhero fight club" where they spar with Arsenal, Black Canary and Ra's Al Ghul (and obviously don't keep score because as Oliver declares, "There are no rules"). Then Heat Wave, Captain Cold and Firestorm join the mix. It's crazy, silly and corny but we love it.

But this cheeseball of a promo also kind of reminds us of something. That totally early 2000s promo that CW predecessor the WB had for all their shows, in which all the hot young things from shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dawson's Creek and Charmed inexplicably partied in a club together to What a Night. Bask in the glory of CW finally going full circle.
