Watch Gisele get teary as she takes her final lap on the catwalk

It's the end of the catwalk for Gisele Bundchen.

The Brazilian glamazon stepped onto the runway for the last time on Wednesday as she made her final walk after announcing her retirement. Fittingly, it took place at Colcci during Sao Paulo Fashion Week in her native Brazil.

Before the show, the supermodel -- make that the highest-paid supermodel in the world -- took to Instagram to post a photo of her final preparations:

When things got started, her hot hubby and NFL star Tom Brady sat front and center in support of his supermodel wife.

And after the show, Brady wrote Bundchen the sweetest note on Facebook:

Earlier on Wednesday, Bundchen posted her own final farewell note, saying she still plans to keep working in the fashion industry:
