The new trailer for 'The Little Prince' will make you feel like a kid again
Who knew a movie based on that book that every kid in French class in high school had to read would be so much fun? The English-language trailer for the cartoon adaptation of Antoine de Saint-Exupery’s novella has arrived and it's pure joy. The movie, which includes the voices of James Franco, Rachel McAdams, Benicio del Toro and Jeff Bridges, tells the classic story of a pilot who meets a "little prince" in the desert, through the eyes of a young girl (Mackenzie Foy) working hard at school just like the rest of us. The tale moves back and forth between the computer animation of the girl's world and stunning paper cut-out animation of the little prince's. By the end of the trailer she's talking about how she doesn't want to grow up anymore, and to be honest, we don't want to either.
The Little Prince is bound for this summer's Cannes Film Festival.
