New 'Peanuts' posters definitely use the word 'adorkable'

The Peanuts Movie is all set to bring back Charles Schulz's beloved comic strip characters for the 21st century, and beyond putting them in computer animation, the film also seems to have adopted some of that good old Millennial slang to boot. Three new character posters for the film were released this week, and while they all fulfill the requisite requirements to be adorable, the one for Marcie channels everyone's favorite New Girl:

Several things: Does this mean that the "adorkable" mantle has been passed onto Marcie, now that Zoey Deschanel has said the word doesn't actually describe her? Is there a Peanuts/New Girl mashup out there in the world? Is Marcie going to start wearing a lot of floral dresses?

The movie also released posters for Peppermint Patty and Woodstock, which have considerably lest hipster influence:
