You may have heard that Duchess Kate delivered a baby girl on Saturday in London, but guess who almost upstaged his new baby sister? That would be Prince George, who not only coordinated outfits with his dad, but he waved to gathered onlookers/THE WORLD AT LARGE like a pro.
