Conan is the worst boss ever, terrorizes his staff (and Al Roker)

Working for Team Coco must be a real treat.

On Thursday night's show, Conan went full Miranda Priestly on his poor staff, revealing himself as a ruthless dictator who trashes their office and grills each employee about who they think should be fired. (They all name Jordan Schlansky).

Conan's management style includes physical assault, throwing chairs across the office, giving employees "Great Job!" pins instead of raises and lots of sexual harassment.

Boss of the year?



It's over-the-top (and Al Roker shows up in embarrassing costumes for some reason?) — but some of his lines rung a little too true.
