Is there a 'Gilmore Girls' reunion in the works?

Hold on to your coffee cups, Gilmore Girls fans, because a reunion of all your favorites from Stars Hollow might be in the works.

At least that's the impression we're getting from Scott Patterson, who played Luke on the show. In an appearance on an episode of the "Gilmore Guys" podcast, Patterson teased a reunion. He said:
"I will say this, there are talks going on at the moment. I can’t really go into any details, but there is some activity. I’m hopeful, and I’m in. I think it would be a big event, and I think it would be a great fan celebration."
"A great fan celebration" is definitely an understatement, Scott. It would be a celebration to rival all of Stars Hollow's celebrations.

But whether or not the reunion actually happens, the cast will be getting together next month at theATX Television Festival in Texas. Patterson is set to be there, along with Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Kelly Bishop, Jared Padalecki, Danny Strong, Todd Lowe, Jackson Douglas and Matt Czuchry.
