Shia LaBeouf is basically a human trainwreck, and we just can't take our eyes of him.

The always-interesting star is channeling his energy into motivational speaking, but this definitely isn't the kind of inspiration we're used to. LaBeouf filmed a really, really intense motivational speech in a

art school in London. And when we say intense, we mean freaking terrifying. Like he's basically just screaming some motivational sentiments at the camera. Things like:
