Stephen Colbert nails his new 'Late Show' theme song

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert may not be premiering until Sept. 8, but based on how CBS has been promoting the new late night show so far, it seems like we can look forward to small drops of Colbert all summer. A new little teaser hit the Internet featuring Colbert attempting to write the theme song for The Late Show, and it's definitely a winner (or something). He's also got quite a To-Do List up on his whiteboard in his office:

  2. Things to say

  3. More things to say

  4. Refreshing sandwich

  5. Harvest organs from Clom

  6. Bolo tie?

  7. Kick oxy!

  8. Get oxy!!


Well he can check one item off that list, anyway.

(We'd also like to note that he definitely has a copy of Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health by L. Ron Hubbard on his desk, so there's that, too.)
