Watch: Adam Sandler dunks Jimmy Kimmel in 'Sink It Or Swim' shootout

The Waterboy knows his way around a dunk tank.

On Thursday's Jimmy Kimmel Live's Game Night Special, the host and Adam Sandler hopped into some nontraditional dunk tanks in a game called Sink It Or Swim. To be crowned the champ you had to submerge your opponent by making a basket.

Although Mr. Kimmel made a lot of contact with the hoop, he just couldn't score. And in only about 13 seconds, the Sandman made a shot and sent Kimmel swimming with the fishes.

The late night host was a very good sport and made the best of his situation – you know, being completely surrounded in a tub of "very cold" water:
