This is one Kardashian relationship where we can barely keep up!

By now you've probably seen those photos going around showing Scott Disick, Kourtney Kardashian's three-time baby daddy, getting a little too close for comfort with Chloe Bartoli.

To make matters even worse, Us Weekly reports that they used to date.

So how is Kardashian handling this while caring for her three kids with Disick, including her youngest, Reign who was born just last December?

Well, if a picture is really worth 1,000 words this one might say a lot.

Talk about coming out with guns blazing. It's pretty interesting timing for that particular pic, dont you think?
