Who would win in a fight: Batman or Superman?

Well, we're about to find out, because there's going to be a whole two-hour (maybe three-hour, honestly) movie made about it. But next year's Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice is not the first time the Dark Knight has gone up against the Man of Steel. They have a long history of team-ups, romantic rivalries and just plain awesome fistfights in the comics and the animated movies and television shows that followed them.
