George R.R. Martin got a taste of his own medicine in 'Sharknado 3'

All men must die, even George R.R. Martin.

The Game of Thrones author made a surprise cameo in Sharknado 3 on Wednesday night, where he got to die horribly, just like so many of his characters.

Martin gets brutally eaten by a three-headed shark (hey kind of like that dragon with three heads). He gets decapitated while sittting next to someone in a wedding dress. So basically, Sharknado gave Martin his very own Red Wedding. Valar morghulis, amirite?
