‘Paper Towns’ surprise: 'TFIOS' fans will love this cameo

Obviously: Spoilers about the cameo ahead!

Audiences gushed over Ansel Elgort’s athletic/sensitive/charming Gus in The Fault In Our Stars. So, naturally, the actor had to show up in another John Green film adaptation.

In the new Paper Towns, Quentin (Nat Wolff, who played Isaac in TFIOS) takes his friends on a road trip to find his elusive neighbor, Margo (Cara Delevingne). Along the way, the group stops at a gas station. That’s where—Surprise!—we find Elgort.

The actor makes an cameo as a gas station clerk named Mason (it says so on his name tag, and on IMDb) with a giant dragon tattoo on his forearm.
“Do you like dragons?” he creepily asks Lacey, one of Quentin’s friends.
No, she says she does not.

Don't worry, Elgort: Every other girl in the theater clearly likes dragons, judging by the room's loud reaction to seeing you and your inked arm.
