Chevy Chase and his old-school Truckster were totally at the 'Vacation' premiere
Chevy Chase's Clark Griswold forced his family into the green Truckster wagon in National Lampoon's vacation back in 1983. Now, more than three decades later, Chase is posing on a version of the car with his movie wife, Beverly D'Angelo.
Chase and D'Angelo-- who reprise their roles as Mr. and Mrs. Griswold in the Vacation sequel that follows Ed Helms as their son Rusty Griswold-- were at the premiere of the new film in Westwood, Calif. Monday night. Chase also had his sling (which he
a few days ago) and his family in tow, while D'Angelo brought Carrie Fisher, who didn't wait until she was off the carpet to tweet.
Of course, a selfie of the first- and second-generation Griswolds + Chris Hemsworth was a requirement before the stars headed into the Regency Village Theatre:
After the movie, the stars got to hang out in a mini-Walley World, where there was food and carnival games outside of the theater.
