'Ghostbusters' stars visit children's hospital in full costume

Patients at a Boston children's hospital got a spooky-sweet surprise over the weekend, courtesy of some very funny supernatural exterminators.

The stars of Paul Feig's upcoming Ghostbusters reboot took a break from shooting Saturday to stop by Tufts Medical Center, meeting and snapping pictures with those at the hospital. The charming shots show Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones in full ghostbusting regalia, complete with proton pack weaponry.
