Colbert made Stewart cry with his off-script speech

Out of all the tearjerker moments on last night's Daily Show farewell to Jon Stewart, this one hit hard.

A Stephen Colbert cameo was a given, but the former Daily Show correspondent (and soon-to-be Late Night host) delivered some unexpected poignancy in his farewell to Stewart, going off-script to thank Jon for everything he's done.

We're sure Stewart wasn't the only one tearing up.
