The Spice Girls keep teasing us about a reunion and that's not OK

Listen, Spice Girls, to quote one of our other favorite groups of the 90s: Quit playing games with our hearts.

Ever since Mel B (aka Scary Spice) set off a frenzy of rumors of a reunion by bringing it up on the Tonight Show, the Today Show (that's the whole darn day!) and in interviews, we've been hoping beyond hope that it might actually happen. But we haven't heard anything from her bandmates. Until now.

Friday Mel C and Emma Bunton (aka Sporty Spice and Baby Spice) took to Twitter to say this:

This comes after Bunton talked about the rumors on her radio show on Heart FM and said, “If anything happens and it’s concrete, and we decide on something, I will let you know.” And then insisted “nothing’s happening at the moment.”
