'Fantastic Four' confusion: What's with Sue Storm's wig?

Critics seem to agree that there were more than four things fantastically wrong with the Fantastic Four reboot. Of the numerous issues with the superhero flick, one made us giggle most: Sue Storm's hair.

Sometimes actress Kate Mara had her natural hair with blonde ends. Other times, she had a straight-up blonde wig. Though some of the changes in hairstyle can be attributed to the passage of time in the movie... well, no it can't because she sometimes changes her roots within the same scene, so nevermind.

Here's a look at Sue Storm's different tresses, some utilizing what Vulture lovingly refers to as Mara's Reshoots Wig:

The ombre ponytail

Which has a different length, texture and color than...

The wig ponytail

and...

The "Is this even blonde?" ponytail

Then there's the...

The ombre hair down

Same style; shorter roots

And...

Did her hair just get even lighter?

... And more yellow?

Maybe her Human Torch brother's heat changed her hair color somehow?

It's just so silly!
