Sarah Michelle Gellar remembers Robin Williams on the anniversary of his death
Sarah Michelle Gellar paid a touching tribute to her former TV dad, Robin Williams, on the eve of the one-year anniversary of the actor's death.
Gellar, who starred opposite Williams in the sitcom The Crazy Ones, took to Instagram, sharing a photo of the park bench Williams sat on during that iconic scene in Good Will Hunting. She captioned the photo with a famous (and heartbreaking) quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson:
The caption reads:
"To laugh often and much; to win the respect of the intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the beauty in others; to leave the world a bit better wether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that one life has breathed easier because you lived here. This is to have succeeded" #Emerson You succeeded RW #RobinWilliams"
Excuse us, we have something in our eye.
