It's an essential part of 50 Cent's mythology—the nine bullets that nearly killed him in a 2000 shooting.

The rapper reenacts a similarly harrowing situation in the new video for the aptly-titled 9 Shots, starring G-Unit groupmates Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks.

9 Shots is the second single from 50's long-awaited comeback album, Street King Immortal, expected out this fall. And after filing for bankruptcy last month, he could probably use a hit record or two.
