'Business Insider' hails black hairstyle as "trendiest" new look, ignores black men completely

So, lemme get this straight.

Business Insider decides to post an article about fades, which black (and Latino) men have been rocking since, I don't know, FOREVER, but then ignores them completely?

Oh, OK. Just wanted to make sure I understood that correctly. SIGH.

And, just so we're clear, this is a photo of Will Smith rocking a fade NEARLY 20 YEARS AGO.

We're just gonna erase this whole ugly mess from our memory bank, Men in Black-style.
