Matt Damon is the best botanist on Mars in new 'The Martian' trailer

Remember how it's Oscar trailer season? Well The Martian is throwing its hat into the ring. Again.

That's right, friends there's a new trailer for Ridley Scott's sci-fi epic, The Martian, and Matt Damon is still stuck on Mars (surprise!). But it does give us some new looks at the film and sets it all to All Along the Watchtower, which gives the whole thing a lighter feel than the first look we got at it. It also gives us more time with the sprawling supporting cast which includes, Jessica Chastain, Kristen Wiig, Jeff Daniels, Michael Pena, Kate Mara, Sean Bean, Sebastian Stan, Donald Glover and Chiwetel Ejiofor (OK breath!). Plus it still has Damon attempting to "science the (expletive)" out of his situation (being stranded alone on a planet with not enough food or water and no certain hope of rescue), so we're down for sure.
