Bradley Cooper loved Amy Schumer's 'SNL' monologue

Today in "all famous people are friends with each other" — Bradley Cooper liked Amy Schumer's jokes about him on SNL so much, he texted her afterwards with his blessings.

Cooper was among Schumer's many targets in her SNL appearance, as she cracked jokes in her opening monologue about the pair being engaged. (She wasn't as forgiving of the Kardashians.)

"I thought it was gonna be a secret but she just decided to let the cat out of the bag," Cooper joked to Access Hollywood. "I texted with her after. I was like, 'That was hilarious.' "

And according to Cooper, the joke was payback for the last time Schumer brought up Cooper on TV. "The truth is, she was on a talk show and made up some story how I avoided her on the red carpet, so when I saw her I said “hey man you made up some [expletive] story about me on that talk show,” he said. "And she was like 'I’m sorry' so maybe she’s making up for it now."

Amy and Bradley, brand-new newlyweds and already quibbling about he-said-she-said arguments. Maybe their mutual friend Jennifer Lawrence can mediate?
