'Scandal' returns to high school on 'Kimmel'

If you ask us, Scandal works much better as a soapy Washington-D.C.-insider drama than a soapy high-school drama. (Though, really, aren't they kinda the same thing?)

But thanks to Kimmel, we got a look at what Olivia Pope and co. would be up to if Scandal took place on a campus instead of the Hill.

Obviously, there's just as much drama, with campaigns, seduction and hackers — soundtracked to Avril Lavigne, naturally.

And...can we just talk about this look?
