The Capitol threw a lavish final 'Hunger Games' premiere party

The Mockingjay - Part 2 U.S. premiere may have had a toned-down red carpet, but the after party celebrating the final movie in the Hunger Games franchise was amped up in the sophisticated style of the Capitol.

But first, the cast took the stage at Microsoft Theatre and the film was shown.

Then, it was time to follow Peacekeepers (well, security guards) to the party. Even the tickets were fancy.

Hundreds attended the after party. It took place downtown at L.A. Live, but it looked as though it was all in the Capitol.

There was plenty of dinner and dessert (though, fortunately, no vomit-inducing liquid), and the venue was decorated with President Snow-inspired white roses.

All of the most stylish citizens of Panem were there.
