Angelina Jolie: 'I actually love being in menopause'

Menopause? Not so bad, says Angelina Jolie.

Quite the opposite, in fact.

"I actually love being in menopause," Jolie told the U.K.'s Daily Telegraph. “I haven’t had a terrible reaction to it, so I’m very fortunate. I feel older, and I feel settled being older. ...I feel happy that I’ve grown up. I don’t want to be young again.”

This spring, Jolie had preventative surgery to remove had her ovaries and fallopian tubes, which "puts a woman into forced menopause," she wrote in a New York Times op-ed.

In her chat with the Telegraph, Jolie also opened up about doing sex scenes with her husband, Mr. Brad Pitt:

“I prefer them! But it’s awkward that there are so many people around, and you know what? It’s awkward to direct them.”
