Remember the good ol' days when Jelena was a thing? 

Well, so does Justin Bieber. 

The Purpose singer shared this throwback pic last night, triggering the shot heard 'round the world — and by "shot," we mean shot to the hearts of lovesick fans who thought the photograph was recent.

For those who missed the disclaimer in Justin's caption, the photograph was actually snapped in August of last year while the couple was enjoying a romantic ATV date through Stratford, Ontario. Justin was later involved in a physical altercation after the pair was “disrupted by the unwelcome presence of paparazzi."

But before then, good times, good times...
