Miley Cyrus made Britney Spears' birthday even more special

Britney Spears turned 34 on Wednesday, and the singer received a special gift from the one and only Miley Cyrus.

"Had the CUTEST surprise party today!!! A special thank you to Miss @MileyCyrus for sending these awesome balloons!"

The giant silver balloons spelled out the birthday girl's name and were so large Brit Brit's party guests could fit underneath them. So totally awesome!

The singers collaborated on Miley's Bangerz album, and Miley has always been a big fan of Britney's. During an appearance on Alan Carr: Chatty Man in 2013, she raved about the pop performer.

"I don't think there's any pop idol that I really care about more than I care about Britney 'cause that was my first CD I ever bought." 

Someone is so sweet when she's just being Miley.
