Ryan Gosling will host Saturday Night Live this weekend with musical guest Leon Bridges. And, as part of his hosting duties, he made some promos with cast member Aidy Bryant who jokingly tried to pull a fast one on The Big Short actor.

"Oh, weird. What does this card say? Ryan and Aidy kiss passionately for remainder of promo?"

OMG, yes! You definitely cannot fault a girl for trying. This promo unfortunately lacks a Hollywood ending, and Gosling denies the funny lady's advances suggesting instead that they should bond.

Look, we don't need more friends, Gosling! But we guess we can see why you're happy at home.
