Realistic New Year's Resolutions, from Judd Apatow's new Netflix show

We'll start with the bad news: if you made New Year's resolutions for 2016, you're probably going to break them.

So instead of making grandiose plans to transform your body, adopt that vegan diet and forgive everyone who's ever wronged you, try one of these more manageable resolutions on for size, courtesy of a new teaser from Judd Apatow's new Netflix series Love.

The show, "an unflinching, hilarious and excruciatingly honest take on modern relationships," is created, written and executive produced by Apatow, following a "nice guy" (Paul Rust) and a "brazen wild-child"(Gillian Jacobs) as they navigate the cesspool that is dating in your twenties.

In lieu of any new footage from the show, the trailer offers totally-doable kernels of advice including "Remember to meditate," "Eat gluten again" and "Stop Googling her." (Along with a few trickier challenges involving self-love and David Foster Wallace).

And remember, "love" is a New Year's resolution in and of itself.

Love premieres on Netflix on February 19.
