No, Christian Slater won't be using 'Golden Globe' as his password

Christian Slater is making his comeback with Mr. Robot, having learned a few things after a long and colorful career in Hollywood.

The most important lesson he's learned from Mr. Robot, though, for which he won best supporting actor at the Golden Globes, was to be careful about what you make your password, he told reporters backstage:

“After we made the pilot, the Sony hack happened. As we filmed the show, things were happening in the media that were mirroring what we were doing on the day of shooting. On the one hand, it was great for the show. On the other, it’s scary to be living in a world where that was happening.”

Slater plays a master hacker in the USA show, but his advice for us technophobes is pretty simple.

“It’s very smart to change your passwords as often as possible.”

So he probably wouldn't use "Golden Globe" as his password now, would he? No, Slater said.

We figured.
