The first trailer for Neighbors 2, the sequel to that delightful comedy where Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne's happy little family moves in next door to a fraternity house, is here and it's so gloriously insane you just need to watch for yourself (be warned, contains some NSFW language/hand gestures):

Yes that's Selena Gomez as a sorority queen bee. Yes that's Chloe Moretz founding a party-friendly sorority. Yes that was a woman flying out of a windshield of a moving car and then getting up and running away. Yes, that is Seth Rogen with a painted on six pack. Yes that's Zac Efron with his gloriously natural six pack.

We are so here for this.
