Watch Zac Efron moonwalk in his high school musical
Our favorite Wildcats may have brought their school spirit to the 10-year anniversary of High School Musical, but fans were understandably upset that the cast was not all in this together.
Zac Efron, who played Troy Bolton, wasn't able to make Wednesday's reunion special, but the Dirty Grandpa star did manage to swing by the Jimmy Kimmel Live! set last night. And, during that appearance, Jimmy Kimmel gave heartbroken HSM fans the best consolation prize ever: exclusive footage of Efron in a high school musical.
“It’s an interesting thing ‘cause your teacher from drama class sent something along to watch,” Kimmel teased before playing the video.
“Oh no. Are you serious?” Efron winced.
“Yes, and I thought maybe it might be fun for us to take a walk down, well, really, just memory lane for you and a brand new, undiscovered lane for us,” Kimmel said before cuing the tape of Efron belting out a song from You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown and moonwalking in a Snoopy costume.
Following the gloriously high-pitched performance, Kimmel complimented Efron on his moonwalking skills. Efron responded by showing he's still got his head (and feet) in the game.
