Barbie's Dreamhouse is getting a high-tech makeover

Hello Dreamhouse, let's have a dance party.

That's right — Barbie's house is cooler than yours, once again. At the 2016 International Toy Fair in New York, Mattel revealed their new "Barbie Star Light Adventure RC (remote-controlled) Hoverboard" model, where the pink-clad doll rides a hoverboard that's actually a real drone.

How cool is this:

And Barbie's new Dreamhouse is even more tricked out, equipped with Wi-Fi and voice-controlled lights and music, with everything fully controllable via a Hello Dreamhouse mobile app.

Take a look inside:

Barbie's new toys hit stores in the fall, with the Dreamhouse retailing for $299 and the hoverboard drone selling for $59.99.

First, a more diverse range of body types, now a collection of high-tech gadgets — we're loving everything about how Barbie's doing 2016.
