What. Just. Happened?! Your 'Crazy Ex-Girlfriend' finale debrief

Spoiler alert: This post contains plot details for the Season 1 finale of 'Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.'
In one indescribable instant, the first season of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend was over.
What we did there, was reference the romantic song that guest star Lea Salonga sings in the episode. But let's back up. A lot happened before that love ballad was performed.
Relationships changed.
Josh & Valencia
After Josh told his girlfriend, Valencia, that he wanted to ring shop and eventually propose to her on his own time, he found out that she was scheming to get him to speed up the process. They argued about it, and broke up.
Rebecca & Paula
After Paula got angry at Rebecca for lying about hooking up with Greg (among other things), Darryl convinced Paula to come to the wedding and make up with Rebecca, who was very sad. They're friends again!
Note: We need to take a moment to admire Paula's (Donna Lynne Champlin) amazing song, written by Rachel Bloom and Adam Schlesinger, that's sung at the beginning of the episode. In it, Paula lists all of the things (mostly offscreen) she's done to help get Rebecca and Josh closer together. It's brilliant.
Darryl & White Josh
They went to the wedding together, in matching tuxedos. Seems as though they're dating now.
Rebecca & Greg
Greg brought Rebecca as his date to the wedding, but was so worried about losing his cool edge that he underdressed for the wedding, got drunk, and didn't tell Rebecca that he cared about her when she tried to share her feelings for him. He went home, wasted.
Rebecca & Josh
After Greg went home, Rebecca got a text from Josh to meet him outside (while Salonga was singing the aforementioned Disney-esque ballad, written by Schlesinger for the show, which you can read about here). He told her that he and Valencia were over, and that he has feelings for Rebecca. They hooked up, and an ecstatic Rebecca finally admitted (though she had hinted at it several times) that she moved to West Covina for Josh. The episode ended with a frightened look from Josh.
So what happens now?!
Aline Brosh McKenna, who co-created the show with Rachel Bloom and directed the finale episode, chatted about WHAT JUST HAPPENED, and what we can expect in Season 2 after this whirlwind episode.
"We always knew that the first season was going to end with her telling him the truth," McKenna said. "Rebecca thinks that all the things that they’ve gone through are bumps on the journey, the things they’ve experienced now make sense. Josh has really fallen in love with her over the course of the last 5 episodes."
But about Josh's scared face...
"The very last moment is the 'more than he bargained for' moment. People that have taken leaps into beds sometimes wake up in the morning with more than they’ve bargained for. Josh made a move on her, and wasn't thinking of all the ramifications."
How about Greg? Is he out of the picture?
"There's a lot more to be done with Greg. We pick up the show with dealing with Greg's feelings for Rebecca."
But, remember...
"The show is really not about this boy or that boy. It’s not about the guys. It’s about her own personal journey."
Season 2 is officially happening, but it's just in its early brainstorming stages, says Brosh McKenna. Here's one thing to look out for: more song styles.
"So far, we haven't repeated a style."
