Amy Schumer asks: What if your congressman was your gyno?

Now here's a case for keeping politicians from making decisions that impact women's health.

A new Inside Amy Schumer sketch from the show's season premiere Thursday depicts a world where congressman literally control women's reproductive choices — as Amy walks into her gyno's office for her annual pap smear, and is greeted by her old, male elected representatives, waiting to examine her.

"Do any of you have any medical training?" she asks.

"We’re the House Committee on Women’s Health. So I think we have a better idea than a bunch of science-y nerdles," one of them responds. (We generally call them "doctors.")

They go on to ask her when her last "lady curse" was and how many "blood diapers" she used, before wrestling with the fact that a woman can be unmarried, childless and sexually active in her thirties.

"Don't two of you have, like, secret families with your maids?" she finally asks. Valid!
