Jay Z and Blue Ivy danced backstage at Beyoncé's concert

At Beyoncé's Formation tour kickoff last Wednesday in Miami, Jay Z's presence was felt but not seen, as Bey sang songs about him, thanked him onstage...but didn't bring him out to perform any of their many collaborations.

But a new video making the rounds from her Tampa show last Friday seems to show Jay and Blue Ivy backstage, dancing like a proud father-daughter pair as Bey performs End of Time.

While the two people in the video sure look like Jay and Blue, we're still waiting to hear whether the Carter-Knowles family is actually on tour with the family matriarch. But if so, the video is a sweet reminder that not all love and support needs to be performed live for the masses — and a heads-up that Bey's security needs to step it up.
