Trainor has a gift for you this weekend: a week-early stream of her Thank You album.

The album even includes a track called Mom, featuring a phone call with her mother, Kelli Trainor, that sounds as though it was recorded while Trainor was writing the song.

The rest of the album is a mix of poppy self-empowerment earworms perfect for a dance party with Mom: Woman Up, No, I Love Me, Watch Me Do, Me Too and Dance Like Yo Daddy; and slowed-down love songs: Just a Friend to You, I Won't Let You Down, Hopeless Romantic and KindlyCalm Me Down. There are also the "I am grateful" jams with sick beats: Friends, Thank You and the aforementioned Mom.
