B.J. Novak, Mindy Kaling are just friends okay, Andy Cohen?

It turns out men and women can be friends.

Mindy Kaling's BFF, B.J. Novak, stopped by Watch What Happens Live on Thursday and was already prepped for questions about the creator of The Mindy Project.

"B.J., what do you think the number one question for you is?" Real Housewives reunion wrangler, Andy Cohen, asked. "Uh, Mindy, Mindy, Mindy, Mindy, Mindy, Mindy," Novak said.

"Yes, what is your relationship status with Mindy Kaling?" Cohen questioned.

"Really?" Novak chuckled. "It's so boring. It's a great relationship of friendship and support and amusing each other." Nice enough answer, but not good enough for the show's host.

"Let me ask you one very pushy question. Have you had sex with that woman, Mindy Kaling, in the last year?" Oh, yes Mr. Cohen did. The One More Thing author said they hadn't, which makes this another case closed thanks to the inquisitive king of the clubhouse.
